I got JSjones installer going now and loaded ParaB's fewer radio contacts and the Submarine Insterments(SI Hud Kit,SI Interior Kit,SI Optics Kit,SI Periscope and TBT Interface Kit,SI Recognition Manual SI Metric Scale Kit)mods on the list. Started up a patrol to check'em out, NICE!! I want to get a few more but would like to know what other people have to get an idea. Also is there a limit to how many mods that can be running at one time? Thanks much.:D :D :D

Two mods i would recommend for you would be TM 1.64 and the ROW. Both are excellent.

I have a couple.... :rotfl:

Some of the names in there though are custom combinations I put togther myself because of file conflicts, like the Slide_Nomo_Scopes, and the green lights.

Several of these are combinations of several others and some are parts of one, but you get the idea. The sky's the limit!

Great Idea. That's what I did with my "Commands' one; It's the commands cfg, with all the keyboard assignments of weather report, fuel left, normal sweep. etc.
I got tired of redoing it every re-install.

Yep, anything I can put in as a mod, I do. That way, in case there's a patch that doesn't affect that file, all I have to do is reenable it after patching and I don't forget to redo it.
I keep all my command stuff in my "uber mod". It's got almost all the stuff that works on the same files (including commands.cfg). Now with JimiMadrid's excellent ini merger I may have to rethink that whole thing though (I hate to rethink, but sometimes it's the best thing to do).

Big applause for all the guys that do the modding. I'm finally on my first patrol(from Pearl, out to Japan..long trip) I'm not running alot of them right now(6 total) but it's nice!!! Fewer radio messages is very nice. All those contact reports from Taskforces or convoy at LONG distances was a pain in the arse. I'll add more bit by bit as I'm learning my way around the game. WooHoo!!! Goodtimes!!:arrgh!: :lurk:

WT, maybe some of Seadler's earlier work ( or taken from his Enviroment Mod ). He had stand-alones for sky and clouds, not sure on the others though:hmm:

Environment_p14b ....? What mod is that ? These are beta versions made by an modding artist of our gaming clan and Seeadler, with multiple changes to the code base of shader files. I am a tester of that stuff to iron out which other mods are compatibel and which not.
