Hearing Impaired mod for GWX 1.03

Some time ago I was approached by a kind gentleman who explained he was having difficulty hearing hydrophone contacts at very short range, and asked me to help... and I hope this mod does just that. Initially I was going to just send it to him only... but then thought maybe there is more than one person out there who may find it useful.
Things to know about this mod. All hydrophone/underwater ship sounds have been magnified to 100% using the SH3.sdl file. (sound controller) Previously they were set to 96% which were default/stock SH3 measurements.
Ambient hydrophone background noise has been silenced completely to allow for aural clarity.
Your engine noise will still interfere with your search. For maximum effectiveness you must stop your engines.
Be aware that the early "GHG" hydrophones in GWX are modeled to have a historically accurate "deadzone" or cone of silence dead ahead and to the rear, representing positions that could not be focused on given the real equipment.
This mod is in JGSME format.
Whether or not this mod is compatible with other mods or mod packages is not known and may potentially lead to CTD's as we have added brand new sound entries on several occasions throughout our release history.
Any and/or all questions/queries/comments should be directed to the GWX dev team or crew at the Subsim.com radio room forums.
This mod is freeware. However it may not be distributed without permission from its authors or be used in any way to generate a profit.
