Clear water

Is there a way to enable just the clear water feature, without enabling all the other frame rate killing feature that come along with environmental effects. I like how the boats are visible at PD, and how one can see the area of the boat just under the water line when surfaced. But when I enable the feature through environmental effect the frame rates crash, due to the shadows of clouds and other nice features my graphics card has issues with.

im afraid it sounds like your at your computers limits so i think you need a computer upgrade not a mod tweak.

even if you can find a way to make it work i think you are missing so much of the game because of your computers limitations.

what are your computer specs? maybe we can suggest the best upgrade you could make?
