Mini chrono

I was wondering how too enable this min chrono mod properly.When i enable it using jsgme tool and start game it will start up and then i hear ding and it stops and a window game error stating something about menu id text. I agree its too big and gets in your view when targeting etc. I am somewhat of a rookie too this but have sh3.

Any help would be appreciated or point to different mod.
