I have downloaded and installed this thing three times and it still can't open Reflections_on_the_Water mod!:damn: I keep getting error messages, so what gives? Also, everytime I double-click to open the mod within WinUHA I keep getting "List index out of Bound(s)" error...Is anyone else having as much trouble as me or am I just the lucky one? Please advise cause this program is driving me effin crazy! Thanks all...

Not sure if this will help you. Click on ROTW in WinUHA and send it to your desktop.
Close WinUHA. Open the new ROTW file on your desktop and place the files you want in the mods file in SH4. Then activate the new files with JSGME.

This is how it worked for me and hopefully for you too.

Let us know how you get on.

Sav.

Once you have UHA installed, right click on Reflections ( don't have to be in UHA ), extract your mod to the desktop. Click on the extracted mod, if it works you will see the files. From there put in JSGME.

If it does not work, than chances are it is a corrupted d\l as unga stated.

I have have downloaded and installed fresh copies of WinUHA about seven times now and still nothing. I did a Google search on these error messages and I have found a few topics located in various forums (European), though they really don't shed a whole lot of light on what could be happening. Plus, the translations are not that great. This is really weird, but I'll be d***** if will quit until I can this to work. But please, if anybody has any thoughts or ideas please pass them on and I sure appreciate the help I have already received.

In addition, I am running Windows XP Pro SP2, and yes, everything is up to date.

Nevermind, I found a program that actually worked! UHARC/GUI V4.0.0.2, works like a charm and only took about 58 seconds to unpack Reflection's_on_the_water. Thank GOD! ....Thank you to all those that took the time to give advice and help me out, I do appreciate that.

I do appreciate you coming to the rescue, and so darn quick too! Like I just mentioned I did find a program that worked so you won't have to go through the trouble unless you wanted too just for others that might come across this issue. Either way, thank you and thanks for the work you put in on this wonderful mod!
