Deck gun loading speed

Hi
Was wondering where the cfg or ini file might be located that would allow one to change the speed of loading of the deck gun.

I am using RFB and would be great if I could speed the loading process up just a little.

You need to use the minitweaker program, or S3D to open the sub guns inside Library/USSubParts.
