[REL]All-In-One Orders Bar Alternative Version

Based on the NefariousKoel work on All-In-One Orders bar. Just made a few modifications in it and changed the graphics to the stock

Changelog
- Removed 2d navigation button from all stations because you can do the same by double clicking the navigation tab
- Changed Oakgroove's orders bar graphics to stock graphics
- Added Dive and Surface button to Helm menu
- Added a few button from Beery's RFB mod. Example the Weather Icon
- Changed icon places between Silent running and Battle Stations to solve a bug about neither of them appearing in certain situations
- Added rise Attack Periscope button
- Changed Silent Running icon so now you won't mix it with dive to periscope depth icon
- Etc. Etc.
