"Emden" available??????????

I have been looking for the "Emden", but although the "K" class cruisers are available, the "Emden" hasn't turned up. Has anybody made this ship and if so, where can I download it?

No, the ship has not currently been built, and as far as I know, no one is currently working on her. Sergbuto's K class is the only German CL available right now.
