If you're creating a multi-install, I would asume that you would use MultiSH3 to edit the save locations for each version.

If so, all the instructions you need are in MultiSH3's readme.:up:

IIRC, even intructions for SH3Cmdr's l: switch are included, if not they're in SH3Cmdr's readme.

Yes, info about the l: switch is in the SH3cmdr help file and instructions for a multi-install using MultiSH3 are included with the software. :up:

But some may not have, or know about, MultiSH3. I like the idea of having it readily available. A d/l link for MultiSH3 could also be provided. Need others to chime in... :D

Can't see the need for an entirely new thread though because, as we said, the instructions for multi-installs are included with the program.

I dont know if it is because I have for over 2 months at sea non stop...But I am now lost with thhe multi Install ! :cry: To be honest I alreasy asked for help on a French speaking forum I also belong to, but when I followed the instructions It did not work :damn:
Here is my problem: I am running with GWX 1.03 and I want now to install another Version of SH3
1) Do I have to change the existing "...Ubisoft/.......SilentHunterIII " folder name into : "...Ubisoft/.......SilentHunterIII_GWX" before installing another version ? If yes Do I have to Change the Target in SH3 commander Icon before doing Step 2)?

2) When and Where do I have to install "MultiSH3" ? In the ShIII_GWX folder or in the one that will be created when I install to new version?

Sorry for seeming so ....Humm...But I really am confused and failed already 5 times
