I did some searching, but haven't been able to find anything about this.
Has anyone modded the values for things like the amount of fuel, or time to load a torpedo instead of xx/100?
I have a good idea what it means when there is 5 minutes left to load a fish, but have no idea how long 45/100 will take to load?
