While answering another question about the clipboard in another thread, I realized that this mod/concept doesn't seem to have gotten updated from a [WIP] to a [REL], plus it wasn't on the list Excalibur Bane has compiled for mods that work with patch 1.3, so I thought I might as well create this thread to document that it does seem to work fine with the patch.
The purpose of this effort was to create a larger clip board surface to display in game the longer, customized captain's log entries that I like to create for my patrols - see this thread for more detailed explanation and history/evolution: http://www.subsim.com/radioroom/showthread.php?p=518378#post518378 (http://www.subsim.com/radioroom/showthread.php?p=518378#post518378)
However, you don't need to mess with the customized log entries to use this - the part about the clip board can be used by anybody who just wants the clip board to be bigger (maybe just to display more radio messages without scrolling as much), so here it is for anybody that's interested:

To get this, just make the following changes to the menu_1024_768.ini file (these specific numbers were created and tested for 1024x768 resolution - they should work OK for other, higher resolutions, but you may need to change them around a bit if you run something other than 1024x768):
