ZON Files

I am not sure if this question has been asked before or not but which program do you use to edit .zon files? Omni Page or something like that? Is there shareware or freeware I could find on the net

I tried wordpad it is unrecognizable, where can I find S3D? Found somestuff but im not sure it is it.
