REQ..if it's even possible?..smoke screens?

what i'm asking is ..have the outer escorts lay down a defensive smoke screens at a trigger point ..say when the first torpedoe hits a ship ..with the latest smoke mod out it would raise the bar so to speak?...just a thought ...:hmm:

I've not read of any IJN ASW assets actually doing this, have you?

If it was done, it must have been pretty rare, and such a behavior (while likely impossible to mod) would then happne all the time, which would be pretty unrealistic (or we'd have all read about it as a common tactic).
