custom audio files

hello eveyone ive been a member here for several years but i dont post very much. ive been playing SC and DW now for a long time. but up to a week or so ago i didnt try to build my own missions. ive spent a week on trying to build a few missions which i hope to post but ive run into a problem. im tring to put some of my own wave files in the mission but when they are triggered, the file is sounds very loud and so fast you can understand what is said. ive seen that many others have done this without a problem. just need some help thats all. thanks.:up:

Here's what is needed for .wav files:

Bit Rate: 352kbps
Audio sample size: 16 bit
Channels: 2 (stereo)
Audio sample rate: 11 kHz
Audio format: PCM

If you're using Sound Recorder, do a 'save as' and adjust the parameters by clicking on the 'Format' button.
