deep blue sea / post process mod?

I saw a mod here earlier now I can't find it. It changed the appearance of the sea (and sky) and had something to do with post process. It made the sea look a very deep, realistic blue color that the post processing tends to wash out into more of a gray. Help me find it? I searched and searched..
