[REQ] Darker smoke

it seems to me that smoke in SHIV is WAY too light. Infact almost non exsistant. can somone make a mod that increases smoke voloume/darknes?

I recently did a darker smoke particles.dat for my personal use. The funnel smoke is a bit higher and darker and the smoke of burning ships as well.
Just give it a try. It's JSGME ready.

Since this 'modded' particles.dat was intended for my personal use only, i didn't document all the values i changed. That was just a playing around with some values to get a feeling of what changes what. But i don't really remember what i changed in the end.
I will download the SLOWER SMOKE mod and compare it to mine and change it accordingly. Maybe i simply ask Scoochy (the author of the mentioned mod) if i can do some minor changes to his mod and release it as a enhanced SLOW SMOKE mod. Credits go in any case to Scoochy of course.
I'll see what i can do.

Certainly the smoke from fires need to be darker, but warships didnt belch out dark smoke and neither did modern ships that werent coal burning.
