Last months, I've been working on a new tool. I don't know how many of you are also browsing the SH4 mod forum, so I'll give you a one time notice of this thread:

The tool is not limited to SH4, just so you know... It's still a WIP but I hope to release an alpha somewhere next week. Discuss in that thread please :)
