How to add them into GWX 1.3 campaign?---

BUMP is an expression used to mean you push or, literally, "bump" an old thread to the front page in forums where the location of threads depends on the last reply received. Here is a well known classic joke about that: http://www.subsim.com/radioroom/showthread.php?t=92958&page=29

As for your cruisers, just install them to your "Sea" folder as per the instructions. They will have a chance to appear in all convoys/taskforces that use "generic" cruisers. For them to appear specifically when you want, you would have to edit the campaign files:up:

Sorry Hitman but that wont work
There are no generic or named entries for Br Heavy cruisers in GWX 1.03 as there werent any around at the time

A lot of editing needed to add the type=7 cruisers in place of either type=6 light cruisers or add new entries

2. ...a little longer...? - i understand -- Geromes cruisers will appear in
GWX 1.4. ok. I'll wait. Gerome created also his own version of german Deutschland/Lutzow cruiser with super camo-painting. I think that this cruiser looks a little better than the old one from GWX 1.3. Meybe now is good time for change them?

It is not done by including the units to the Sea-Folder and editing the Names.cfg.
Geromes Cruiser uses triple 28cm guns so he have to choose an other guns.dat for them.

Not even simple to bring those Cruisers to GWX1.03.

You will still see the Fiji\Dido and Southampton as they are LIGHT cruisers
Geromes are HEAVY cruisers
2 different beasts completely

But the cruisers are cruisers. I just want to sink Geromes cruisers
instead of those UGLY FIJI / SOUTHAMPTON 'LIGHT TUGS'.:stare:
