Hello fellow skippers:
I just started playing SH4. My pc was not strong enough to handle it, but the problem is finally solved. So, as you can imagine, this is a complete new world for me.
I have 2 questions for you....
Are there files of mini tweaker or is there any other tweaker program that allows me to make changes in SH4?
What mods would you recommend me? just in case, I am nota Realism fanatic, I want to enjoy this great game, so I am looking for mods that are compatible with the way I play.
Any suggestions or ideas will be most welcome.
Thanks again...

The Minitweaker from Timetraveler works just fine. You just have to point it to your SH4 main directory.

All tweaker files for SH4 are here.

Could be some more floating around, but WEBSTER did a pretty good list there.

My mods (below my sig ;) )

RFB is more hardcore REALISM, Beery took great care in getting it as close to the real deal as possible.

Trigger Maru by Ducimus, is also a very popular mod, not maybe trying to be 100% realistic, but enhancing the game play to the max.

For full info read the stickies in the top of this forum.
