Old problem resurfaced - Lightning no clouds

Hi could someone refresh me as to what may causes this please, I used to know but blowed if I can remember!!:-?:oops:

you made changes in scene . dat and in the files of Env

Yes but I find nothing there to cause the problem, funny thing is if I dive then surface the clouds are there!:-? I think this problem showed up with early 16k atmosphere modding was done, but I can't remember the fix!:damn:
