Airgroups in game for land bases and ships have start dates, and end dates.

This would allow upgrades in plane types, etc over time.

Do the airgroups load for each player patrol or mission ONCE?

Ie: Airgroup has 3 Zeros from the beginning of time (1938) to May 5, 1942. On May 6, the airgroup changes to 6 zeros, and 6 vals. If a player goes to sea on May 1st, but gets in range of the air base on May 10th, will the airbase spawn planes based upon the 3 zero airgroup, or the 6 zero 6 val airgroup?
