[REQ] Flag Creation for Japanese Fleet

I'd like to change the standard Japanese Flag to something a little more friendly to me. I work for TMMC (Toyota Motor Manufacturing Canada) and I'd like to change the Japanese flag to the TMMC Logo.

I have no photoshop skills or mod skills AT ALL. I'm sure this would be a quick mod for a Pro, and I'd appreciate it.

Could someone please crop the TMMC Logo, and change from Grey to Red, and convert to the Japanese flag?

Again, I'd really appreciate it, and thanks to anyone who can take on this task. I'd like to sink a different kind of Japanese ship :D so I can get rid of my work frustrations at home. :lol:

The three Japanese flag files are here:

Silent Hunter 4\Data\Textures\TNormal\tex\Japan.dds (merchant ensign)
Silent Hunter 4\Data\Textures\TNormal\tex\Japan_m.dds (naval ensign)
Silent Hunter 4\Data\Menu\Gui\RecManual\CovFlagJapan.dds (naval ensign in recognition manual)

If you play using low-res textures you'll need to edit the files in the \TLowRes\tex directory instead of the \TNormal\tex directory.

im trying to get a red cross flag to fly on my hospital ship but to no avail
it shows in rec manual
but not on the ship..i have tried the dat change but still nothing
anyone?
