Can the JSGME be used in any other games beside Silent Hunter games?

Yes. It has already been used for Rome Total War, FM 2007 and a few other games. For more information check the Help file that comes with JSGME

It has been tested with European Air War, Panzer Elite, Silent Hunter III, Total War and various other games but should work with just about any moddable game.
And it does work with many other games. I receive many email telling me that it works with "<insert game here>". I've just never made a list of them all. ;)
