[REQ] Hydrophone depth mod?

Why can´t we have a working hydrophone at periscope depth? :shifty:
Also, it keeps changing the bearing by itself if we switch to scope and come back

1. There is a fix for that (see: rfb 1.27)
2. because sonarman is turning it: you can turn it manually with home and end keys
