[REL] tweakfile for GAR typ sub

I converted a tweakfile to edit the GAR type boat.

In the 'Flavored To Taste version 2.4 mod' (http://www.subsim.com/radioroom/showthread.php?t=113418) the Gar class submarine is now independant of the Tambor.


The files can be used by SH3 Mini Tweaker.

What's a mini tweaker? Is it a mod to make more explosions? Or a mod to make torpedoes faster by using jet engines?

SH3 Mini Tweaker by timetraveller is a tool to change values for sh3.

Nvdrifter created tweakfiles to mod sh4-stuff with the sh3 tool. An other modder created a mod that included the gar-boat as an independent one.
And i converted one of the tweakfiles to work with these gar class boat.

With SH3 Mini Tweaker you can make your sub go faster and your toprdo's more powerfull and alot more.

Where can I get this "Minitweaker"? And what things I have to add to make them torpedoes and the player's boat go faster?

I downloaded the SH3 mini-tweaker, but can't find the SH4 tweak files. Apparently they are posted anymore on nvdrifter's site, since he got fed up and left. Can anyone point me to a link? I'm particularly looking for the American sub.sim files.
