[REQ] Less Ship Contacts

One thing that irritates me is how many contact reports I receive from command about enemy convoys operating all over the Pacific, especially in the early months of the war. It is a known fact that intelligence on Japanese ship movements was "scant" (as S.E. Morison phrases it) during the first months of the war. Is there anyone out there who has looked into tweaking this?

If you don't like the settings I guess you could tweak them to your liking.
