Unfortunately you can't. The textures are permanently mapped that way. People who want to get around that normally try tricky numbers like "181"

There is a very long-winded way around this problem, but whether you could be arsed to do it is another matter. If you can access the original 3D model, you can map the texture to the other side as opposed to simply having it mirror. I've never done this for Silent Hunter, but I have done it for FS, since it would have been kind of silly for the airliner I modelled and textured to have had the logos on the wrong way around.

You can run into texture mapping join problems if you do this however, since you would effectively have to map to the side of the conning tower just where you wanted the number and it might leave obvious match-up lines unless you are careful in how you duplicate that area and map it. So it might require you to duplicate the texture of conning tower side, flip it (so it matches the main reversed texture), and then add the number, allowing you a second texture which you can partially map to the other side (this is a real ballache to do if there are no convenient panel lines with which you can mask the change in texture).

Of course the other problem will be that there might not be any space left to spare in which to do this on the original texture file, as they tend to use every available millimetre in order to maintain a high resolution. So you might also find that more than one texture file is necessary, which as you might imagine brings with it further problems.

In short, drive Sub number 101.
