[REQ] Let's get Shift+F2 views re-instated for conning tower & bridge views

I'm probably going to have a stab at this myself, but if anyone knows the cameras.dat and/or the menu_1024_768.ini file well enough to figure out what got broken I think it would be great if we could get these views back. So please, if you know how to do it, help us get back the functionality the devs broke with the 1.2 'fix'.

What about running "Beyond Compare" against the v1.1 and v1.2 commands cfg and camera.dat?

* Also take a perusal of \CameraManager.act

I 'm not familiar with the .dat file, but will be glad to do some legwork/testing.
