Adjust rpm of the 3.7cm gun

In SH3Commander you can alter the reload rate of the 8.8 and 10.5cm deck guns.
I would like to alter the 3.7cm flack gun rate of fire.
I have the skill to alter lines in datd\cfg\basic but that's where I top out.

you need to download mini tweaker by time traveller
once you have it you can alter the rate of fire magazine
capacity range recoil etc.

you can get it and the other tools here
http://www.delraydepot.com/tt/sh3sdk.htm

the latest version though has sh4 ruls for tweaking so
you may want to grab it instead.
