[REQ] Cam going closer

Is it much work to get the camera going closer to ships and subs? I had forgotten about this annoyance because of all the mods in SH3.

Any takers? (pretty please!)

Heres a link for a mod that lets the FREE CAM move in up to 5 1/2 feet from objects.

I assume though, that you mean the zoom for the Object View ( ">" key by default )
If thats the case, I've been fiddling with the cameras.dat to allow a closer zoom in Object view, but no dice so far. If I figure it out, ill post a mod for it.

Thanks, Skweetis! I got Beerys mod earlier today, and it works just great. As for the second part of your post, yes thats part of the request ... well now it is.:D I didnt notice until firing up SH4 a little whila ago, that that view is hopelessely far away too.
