[REQ] Longer Range to open the Refit/Dock pop-up scren.

It is to hard to approach to a masive trafic port as Midway in example... lot of contacats, it is imposble to maintain more than 8X time compression, and FPS drops down a lot.

So the time to approach to refit become so long....

Will be good if some body know how to increase the pop-up windoe range to open...
