"Repeat torpedo fire" mod and Umark.tga

Hello All,
Need your help. Had to reformat and lost the "repeat fire torpedo" sound mod and the orange colored uboat mark. Tried to find them through a search....but no joy.

Could you send them to me or point me in the right direction.....Thanks
