Datas für Upgrades

Hello, i want to see the datas for the upgrades which i can get for my Points. I need the file which i have to open and what Programm i can use to open it.
What i´am looking for are Datas, like the differences between the sonars, in the Game. I think there are some simple Numbers which tell my what faktor make the sonars different. Like GHG can hear 10nm, and KDG can hear 12nm.
Same Information i look for every upgrade, which i van get.

The biggest difference regarding the GHG and KDG sonars as far as I know is that the latter one is reducing the dead zone from 40 to 20 degrees.
