Changing crew energy dropping from 32 TC?

Hi everybody,

Normally, the energy levels of the crew change at time compression of 32x or lower.
Is there a simple way to change this default setting to let's say, 1x?

how cpu intensive is the energy drain if i would change it to x1024?

I think the setting is actually called "when in 3D views" or something simmilar. "When Low Crew Efficiency" is to prevent the game running at high TC when the crew is to tired to operate the boat.
