cannot control dive

hi i was attacked by a destroyer had the control room flood a little bit damage control repaired everything but now the sub wont keep no depth at all just dives deep can pull out though but just goes to surface wont even maintain periscope depth any immediate fix for this

Sounds like a feature to me. Could it be that the dive planes are sticking?

yeah the dive planes arent moving is there a way to get them to move in down position becuase they are sticking

is there anyone here that knows how to maintain the boat a periscope depth after flooding in a compartment and i noticed the forward dive planes sticking and they dont move they stay in the upright position please help with this

Sounds like you got serious damage, I'd try to surface I mean you got flodding and you expect your boat to act like normal? Have you got DC working?

all damage control was repaired at the time and i was in the celebese sea and i went for a refit it said refit was complete and all damgage was repaired and all torpedoes was reloaded after refit and went to dive and almost imploded at crush depth and this was after a refit, there is no depth control at all none what so ever its surface or crush depth nothing in between the lines if there is some way we can repair this problem it would be most helpful there was never this problem in sh3 and even in real life a us sub would still be able to dive after damage control was fixed

Maybe have to end your patrol for extended repairs. The refit may not cover that.

Ahhh I see, well still I read crush depths are too low in this game, go get CCIP's fix. :up:
