[WIP] Player Sub Sensors Tweak File

I am currently working on new tweak files that will allow most sensors aspects of player subs to be modded. :arrgh!:

Thanks. If I release more tweak files, modders can hopefully improve the game quicker. I am also workign on ship gun .sim files, too.
