While waiting for my new graphics card to arrive so I can finally play, I've been looking through the SH4 files. I noticed some files are missing that were present in SH3.
Has anyone looked at the following files in the SH3 data\library folder:
- CH.dat
- CH2.dat
- CH_speech.dat
- HELMA.dat
- HELMF.dat
- NAV.dat
- POSW.dat
- POSWR.dat
- PUMP.dat
- RA.dat
- SN.dat
- SN2.dat
- UZO.dat
- UZOR.dat
- WO.dat
In SH3 these were (partly) responsible for the speech playback. The SH4 data\library\AnimGraphs folder contains similar files, but most of them are a lot smaller. Maybe by copy/pasting stuff from SH3 into them will bring back some of the speech that seems to be missing.
