Is the GWX Flaggen file correct.

Hi, I had altered the Irish section of the GWX update Flaggen but also noticed that the French flag may be incorrect:

Reading this it seems that it was in German hands for 2 months, I haven't downloaded the 1.03 update yet, has this been addressed?:)
