Go to My Documents\SH3 and find in your carrer folder file patrols_0.cfg
edit that file and scroll down to the end and in DeltaRenown you may increase your renown as you wish.

You can also edit your realism settings to make sure you get 100% renown & you can also edit the renown awarded for complete your orders & returning to base.
