not enough crew in barracks

I got a direct hit from an enemy plane during a patrol that killed all my crew (GWX). When I tried to start a new campaign the barracks didn't have enough men. Tried transferring from Brest to Lotient, but I guess no one wanted to get on a sub whose kapt. just killed the entire crew. :huh: :oops:

How do you get enough crew to leave port after everyone dies?

In the office click on the fileing cabinet select your crew then exit then click on it again and it will repenish it (great if you want the best crew just keep going in and out until you got the crew you want)
