How to convert tga Textures?

i'm looking for a freeware image converter for convert *.bmp in *.tga files.

Any image manipulation program would do. Try Photoshop for example

Photoshop isn´t freeware

Try Irfanview. It´s freeware.

Either way I did my pic's I wanted pulled up the existing tga and saved as it.
[edit] having made a backup copy of course.
