NYGM w/ SH-3 Commander Question

I am reinstalling everything and I have a question about installing NYGM w/ SH-3 Commander 2.7

The readme in NYGM 2.2 says to delete the "randomised events_1939.cfg" to "Randomised events_1945.cfg" in the SH-3 Commander cfg folder but after insatalling SH-3 Commander those files are not in there. Is this just an old readme for an older version of SH-3 Commander and those files have been removed?

Just overwrite these files with files in additonal directory which came with NYGM v.2.2

But the readme says that I have to DELETE these files yet I cannot find them. What I want to know is if they are just not there anymore.
