IMO it looks very good - it's a nice change from the default faces. I think the position of the ear needs to be moved but that's the only major thing. The face and hairstyle remind me a little bit of "Steamboat Willie" from Saving Private Ryan.

I like the guy but i would prefer faces of the other crewmen and officers especial on the bridge.

Even though there are only a few different heads, could you produce more than one face for each type of crewmember? That way, when we start a new career we can use a face that's different from the one we used before.

A couple more ideas - it would be nice to have a clean shaven version of each face for early in the patrol. Then, as time went on, the faces could get bearded and dirtier. It would be simple to write a program so that the right faces loaded on startup.

Also, can you make some faces with blonde, black, or red hair?

Nice idea. But exclude the XXI, I read it has some frivolities such as showers and wash basins and such :D.
