How do i remove the bottom transparent interface bar?

Could a kind Kaleun instruct me how to remove the bar?

Press Del (.) and it goes away. Press it again and.......it comes back;) If only we had one for Bernard as well :D

That's not true. The keyboard still works, so if for example you want to go to periscope depth and you press P then your boat will start submerging. Usually you remove the bar and the dials to take screenshots. I don't know any mod that removes the bar and lets the dials and the officers icons there.
