Thank you for your reply :D

Download Central is not operative...

"8 weeks ago the server contract hosting U-boot.realsimulation com's download central was cancelled (effective January 31st., 2007) by the ISP domainfactory.de without any known reason. Now the server is down, and I hadn't the time to install alternatives. I'll try to bring things up ASAP. As the former site admin, terrapin, stopped investing private money into the site, the cost / revenue structures of UBRS need to be balanced." :damn: :damn: :damn:

Sorry, guess bad timing!

I have them all and the pack is (in zip) is quite big around 180mb. They're all hi-res and i don't have the means to send such a big pack over mail and such.

I collected them over the time'!:hmm:
If anybody has an idea where to upload them...

Myxale,

Thank you very much for the download link !!!

However, some of the files inside the "KM_Karten.rar" seem to be corrupted, for example "chartpack.zip" and the "KM MAPS - No 3471A Canary.7z" files...

Is anybody else experiencing this problem??

:damn:

Argh...sorry!

I forgott about those!
Its been ages since i DL' them.

Anyway they weren't working back then.
I got them like this from UBRS -source. I remember trying a few times to DL them, hoping this was only a corruption that happened underway from Terrapin's site to me...but it turned out they never worked.

The "Chartpack" one is empty and the other one, the "Canary" is corrupted.

Sorry guys, i forgot about those!:88)

Thanks Myxale. Out of curiousity, has anyone picked a point on one of the maps and checked the SHIII depth to see how close they are?:hmm:

I did!

At the Channel, and i gotta say that some places are really accurate in the game.

However, the ingame seabed is too even. The dynamic ground and sandbanks are missing here!:smug:
That makes the most of the places inaccurate compared to the map.

I say the Charts would work technically(if there was a way to put them ingame!)
