What is Dangerous Waters Deluxe?

This is on the v1.04 read me file, for U.S., and it says this will have patches up to v1.04. When will this be released?

The original release of DW from Battlefront could be purchased with a manual as a De Luxe edition. The CD mounted software was/is standard in vanilla for both that variant and the 'standard' edition. The 1.04 patch applies to both.
