Dynamic Renown or not question to GWX members

Sorry to bother again concerning the renown system:

Another little question: Is renown a dynamic/static value throuhout the campaign ?

Let me phrase that with an example:

- Come across a BB, and sink it - 1100 renown
- Go to scapa, infiltrate, and sink the same BB - renown 1100 + renown for infiltration or not ?
- Going to the rescue of Axis BB that is being pounded by Allied task force and sinking the allied BB thus 'rescuing' so to speak the Axis BB renown = 1100 for Allied BB + 1700 for Axis BB ?

The game reads the renown in the cfg
There is no extra for helping your ships or anything else

Nope, it just keeps him off the streets and out of trouble, and his wife is thankful for that. ;)
