Is serges air attacks part 1 built into GWX

I havent run into any air attacks yet in my first GWX Campaign and I am working on a Single Mission that I had working before. Is Serges Air Attacks pt1 a built in component of GWX I know that NPC's are more aggressive from reports are they persistent after warload gone? or do I need to put in Air attacks pt 1 to get it into the mission????

Yes, serg's air attacks mod is built in to GWX, no need to install it on top. ;)
