after cristmas, and a full year ahead of us, what yall want for Cristmas 07 in SHIII ?

Men running around the Ships or Static on watch etc
The ability to have the KM flag on my Sub for fun
Civilian "sports" vesels in gwx have no more XXL type flags (cut in size by 4)
Sergbutos unfinished stuff the russian DD specially
even more paintjobs for ships, randomly used
more german Planes that were used in anti shipping and subhunting stuff for example he 111 h6
AI Torpedo Bombers to perform proper low level torpedo runs with torpedoes (Virtual GUN type torpedoes or Real torpedoes)
a Bf 109 G to replace the Emil in later years
a dream to see would be a big construction yard for german Uboats...
moere Planes... lol anyone seen a Beaufort?
a lot more medium vessels

Although there is plenty of varity of ships, I would like some more varity. The new ones are just so great I would like to see more because the first bunch are just fantastic!! Especially the whaler and pyro:up:

As far as the planes, I usually crash diving to really care what they look like. But a torpedo plane with working torpedo would be cool.

True most people do hit the floor when a plane is doing the rounds, but for the sake of the few that do engage and, for external cam views its worth adding few more historic asw ones, not every single ww2 naval plane by any means. Just few more important ones that were missing from stock. For instance the B17 sunk about a dozen Uboats -there for its worth having it. Down to personal opinion I guess, for me the stock aircraft are an abismal representaion of the real thing.

I would love to see AI wolfpacks implemented into SH3! :arrgh!: As has been stated numerous times before this is the one major element that is missing from SH3, and IMHO totally takes away from the immersion and realism of the game the most. I know there are a few people that have worked on fixing this. It would be great to see it implemented in a mod (GWX II? lol). It bugs the heck out of me that the devs left out such a MAJOR element of U-boat warfare...

(Drooling) :D I, and im sure many others, would love to see this, and a way to make a wolfpack attack on a convoy! :rock:

There are wolfpacks hunting separately to your movements in GWX.

I'm not sure about whether they respond to contact reports or not.

If AI torpeedos are included, it wont just be AI subs that pose this new threat, expect aircraft, PT boats and maybe even destroyers to start chucking torps around also.

I don't believe they really work in unison but they do show and do shoot! They often get killed also.

one more thing that came to my mind this morning near the Danmerk strait:

i want to see the smoke of the ship engines drift with the actual wind, instead always moving in the standard direction. atm i can tell wether a ship is closing on me or running away most of the time... far to easy methinks
and that even at a 15 meterseconds wind! nowhere near the real deal

also having my subs exhausts displayed a littme bit would be nice... but not necessary.

Most of what I'm wishing for WILL come true, so I'm not saying anything. :lol:

But, to keep you happy, Topless hotties for my crew.(but not enough polys :rotfl:LOL).

Maybe, fixed damage effects for conning towers, it bugs me that you conning tower can be destroyed and there's not even a mark on it.
