GWX Atmosphere 8000 or 16000

Ok, just to clarify the atmosphere deal with GWX. 16000, if activated will slow the loading time, yes? No problem here but does the 16000 allow my watch to see further away? Is this realistic? It seems that 8000 is realistic as the haze starts to wash out your ablility to see far. Does this haze(which is awesome and looks real to me) at 16000 allow you to see that far? I'm running 8000 and it seems to keep my watch from seeing all kinds of vessels.

Go with 16000 - I can manualy stay with a convoy or taskforce at around 15000 meters, though the watches will not call them out.

Longer loading time - yes

Getting "jumped" less - yes

Yes using the 16k mod will effectively double your vision distance

16000 meters is only 8.6 NM so the 16000 is the most realistic if your puter can handle it.

Ok so the 16000 is more realistic. Cool. I will be changing that. I think I had it with 1.1 and it ran w/o issue
